DBG Strategies

In order to accomplish the organization's immediate, mid and long term objectives, the following strategies were adopted by DBG Board of Directors:

• Employ participatory approaches to increase beneficiary communities’ capacity to utilize existing local resources.
• Connect in partnerships with local and international organizations
• Employ Participatory Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (PPM & E) approach
• Adopt mechanism to share projects costs whether financial or in kind support with the beneficiary communities
