DBG Organizational Structure

DBG is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is the highest policy making organ. The Board is comprised members of all Somali stakeholders and key international humanitarian partner organizations, who are also the founding organizations of DBG.

Roles and responsibilities of the Board have been outlined in the DBG Trust Deed on the basis of memorandum of understanding between the parties involved which came on to force as of January 1 2004.

The Executive Director is held responsible day-to-day operations of DBG. He is supported by Management Team (MT) comprising of himself, the Executive Director, the Senior Administrative Officer, the Finance Officer and the Program Officer.
